What you will do

• Deliver high‑quality Occupational Health MSK physiotherapy services focused on early and effective return‑to‑work outcomes.
• Conduct functional assessments, provide evidence‑based treatment, and complete detailed workplace assessments.
• Carry out accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments both face‑to‑face and via remote consultations.
• Advise management on employee fitness for work and recommend reasonable workplace adjustments.
• Ensure all rehabilitation practices align with national clinical standards and professional guidelines.

Requirements

• Essential:
  • Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to travel between Daventry and Rugby.
• Desirable:
  • Experience or a strong interest in Occupational Health and MSK physiotherapy.
