Occupational Health Physician - Cambridgeshire

Location : Cambridgeshire

Contract : Permanent

Hours : 4-5 days per week

Salary : £90,000 - £120,000 per annum



Summary

OH Medical is working in partnership with a growing Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Physician.

This is a hybrid role offering a mix of clinical delivery, leadership and strategic input. You will act as a clinical lead, supporting wider teams while delivering high-quality Occupational Health services across a diverse client base.



Duties

• Deliver case management, fitness-for-work assessments and medical advice
• Manage complex and escalated cases
• Act as clinical lead supporting OH Advisors and Technicians
• Conduct health surveillance and workplace assessments
• Advise on work-related health issues and reasonable adjustments
• Support health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Liaise with clients and support service development

Criteria

• GMC registered with a licence to practise
• Ideally MFOM / FFOM or a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine
• Experience within Occupational Health (public or private sector)
• Strong case management and clinical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of HSE guidance and employment law in OH
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and confident working independently
