Location: Central Birmingham (On-site)
Salary: £90,000 pro rata (3 days per week) / £150,000 FTE
Contract: 6 Month FTC (likely to extend) - Agency also considered
Start Date: October 2026
Hours: 3 days per week
OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join a well-established Occupational Health service in Birmingham. This is a 3-day per week, on-site role with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a varied clinical caseload within a supportive environment.
This opportunity would suit an Occupational Physician looking for a flexible contract role with a mix of case management, statutory medicals and fitness for work assessments.

The Role:
- Undertaking case management and providing fitness for work advice
- Conducting medical assessments for conditions affecting work
- Completing HGV DVLA medicals
- Carrying out asbestos medicals (HSE appointed doctor work)
- Delivering pre-placement medicals and clearances
About You:
- GMC registered Occupational Health Physician
- Must be on the HSE Asbestos Register
- Experience in case management and occupational health medicals
- Experience undertaking DVLA/HGV medicals
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
