OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a permanent, full-time basis.



This is a homebased role with travel required to Leeds for face-to-face clinics. You'll work across a variety of client contracts, including projects within the rail sector, delivering a mix of case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments.







Duties:

  • Conduct health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work medicals.
  • Undertake workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
  • Provide professional advice and support on both physical and mental health.
  • Manage case referrals independently and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Deliver a high-quality service in line with company and professional standards.




Criteria:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Occupational Health qualification essential.
  • Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
  • HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry experience desirable (training can be provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel weekly to Leeds.
  • Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role.
