Lincoln & Grantham (On-site + Hybrid Flexibility)
Flexible Hours | 15 - 37.5 hours per week
£43,000 - £45,000 (Pro Rata) + Benefits



OH Medical is working with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor covering sites in Lincoln and Grantham.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering real flexibility, whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, alongside a mix of on-site and remote working.



The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll work closely with the Occupational Health Physician and wider team to deliver a high-quality service, including:

• Conducting health screening and surveillance, including:
• Blood pressure, height, weight, urinalysis
• Audiometry and lung function testing
• Completing Fitness for Work assessments
• Delivering absence case management and producing reports
• Supporting the remote case management team
• Ensuring accurate medical records and maintaining clinical equipment standards
• Working in line with company protocols and best practice

What We're Looking For in an OHA

We're keen to speak with candidates who are:

• An NMC Registered Nurse with Occupational Health experience
• Experienced in case management and Fitness for Work assessments
• Confident undertaking health screening and surveillance
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Professional, organised, and confident working independently
• Strong communicators with good IT skills

Occupational Health Advisor Working Pattern

• Flexible hours: 15 - 37.5 hours per week
• Open to part-time or full-time candidates
• Must be able to work 2 days per week on-site:
• 1 day in Lincoln
• 1 day in Grantham
• Additional days can be worked remotely (case management)

Location

• Split between Lincoln and Grantham client sites
• Hybrid working available outside of on-site days

Occupational Health Advisor Salary & Benefits

• £43,000 - £45,000 (pro rata if part-time, dependent on experience)
• NMC fees paid
