Occupational Health Advisor - Hull

OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a part-time permanent basis. You'll be based onsite in Hull three days a week, delivering a high-quality OH service for one of their key clients.

This is a varied and rewarding role that includes case management, health surveillance, and fitness for work assessments, with the opportunity to develop your skills through a structured training and career development programme.

Duties:

• Undertake management referrals, attendance, and performance assessments.
• Conduct pre-placement and fitness-for-work health screenings.
• Carry out HAVS (Tier 3) assessments.
• Perform workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
• Provide advice and support on both physical and mental health matters.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice and record keeping.

Criteria:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification essential.
• Proven experience in an Occupational Health Advisor role.
• HAVS Tier 3 qualification.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when required.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
