Occupational Health Advisor - Glasgow

OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a permanent basis.

This role is homebased with travel 1-2 days per week to conduct face-to-face clinics for clients in Glasgow, including those within the blue light sector. You'll deliver a mix of case management, health surveillance, and immunisations as part of a supportive and established team.

Duties:

• Conduct health surveillance, immunisations, and case management.
• Undertake workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
• Complete pre-employment and fitness-for-work screenings.
• Provide professional advice on both physical and mental health matters.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with company and professional standards.
• Uphold high standards of occupational healthcare and confidentiality.

Criteria:

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Experience in health surveillance and immunisations desirable (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.
• Willingness to travel to client sites 1-2 days per week.
• Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role.
