Location : Stanlow, Cheshire (onsite with some flexibility)
Salary : £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days onsite)
Summary
OH Medical is working in partnership with an established Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor based in Stanlow, Cheshire.
This is a clinic-based role within a busy client site, offering a mix of onsite and flexible working. The position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite, with the option for additional remote working or travel across the Northwest.
This role will suit an OHA looking for a strong case management-focused position within a supportive onsite team.

Duties
- Deliver case management consultations and produce management reports
- Provide fitness-for-work advice to managers and employees
- Support and oversee health surveillance activities
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
- Work collaboratively within an onsite Occupational Health team
Criteria
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- Strong case management experience
- Confident working onsite and independently
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
