OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA) to join a well-established Occupational Health service covering London and Essex.
This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a varied workload across clinic-based, onsite and remote Occupational Health services, with hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will support a range of clients, delivering case management, health surveillance escalations, clinical governance support and wellbeing assessments. Duties
- Deliver Occupational Health case management assessments, both remotely and onsite.
- Manage health surveillance escalations and provide appropriate clinical advice.
- Conduct telephone and online pre-placement health assessments.
- Provide clinical governance support and contribute to service quality.
- Undertake employee wellbeing assessments.
- Attend meetings with HR and Health & Safety teams.
- Provide Occupational Health services across London clinics and an Essex-based site.
- Produce clear, professional Occupational Health reports and recommendations.
- Qualified Occupational Health Advisor or Senior Occupational Health Advisor.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Previous experience delivering Occupational Health case management.
- Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently across onsite, clinic-based and remote settings.
- Experience liaising with HR and Health & Safety professionals would be beneficial.
- Salary of £47,000 - £52,000 per annum , depending on qualifications and experience.
