Occupational Health Advisor

OH Medical is recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established Occupational Health team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Eastleigh, this role includes occasional travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.



This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking to deliver a high-quality service with a strong focus on case management and health surveillance.



Duties

• Deliver comprehensive occupational health case management services.
• Undertake health surveillance in line with current legislation and best practice.
• Provide evidence-based advice to managers and employees on fitness for work and workplace health.
• Produce clear and accurate occupational health reports.
• Support the promotion of employee health, wellbeing and attendance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Travel occasionally to sites across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight as required.

Criteria

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in occupational health case management.
• Experience delivering health surveillance programmes.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial due to occasional travel requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,643 - £45,077 per annum
