Occupational Health Advisor

OH Medical is currently looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client and their in-house team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Occupational Health & Wellbeing team.



The role will involve a mixture of case management, health surveillance, screening and wellbeing activities, whilst working closely with HR, operational teams and wider stakeholders.



Duties

• Case management
• Health surveillance and screening
• Fitness for work assessments
• Health promotion and wellbeing support
• Provide Occupational Health advice to managers and employees
• Support workplace risk management
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Work closely with HR, EHS and operational teams
• Support and supervise OH Technicians where required

Criteria

• Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification or relevant Occupational Health experience
• Experience delivering case management and health surveillance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Additional Health & Safety qualifications would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £47,500 per annum
