Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Stockton-on-Tees (On-site 3 days + 2 days remote)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Contract: Permanent

OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health provider supporting their client in Stockton-on-Tees.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining case management, health surveillance and wellbeing, offering the opportunity to build strong on-site relationships while maintaining a degree of flexibility.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of employees, providing advice on fitness for work, rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
- Conducting occupational health assessments and producing clear, evidence-based reports
- Delivering health surveillance programmes (including audiometry, spirometry, vision screening and HAVS)
- Advising on workplace health risks and supporting risk assessments including DSE
- Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaising with HR, Health & Safety and external healthcare providers
- Monitoring trends in health data and contributing to proactive interventions
- Supporting compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice
About You:
- Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- NMC registered (Part 1 or 3)
- Experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor delivering case management and health surveillance
- Strong knowledge of occupational health legislation and best practice
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Confident using occupational health systems and IT platforms
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
