Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
Salary: up to £52,000 per annum plus £2.5k onsite allowance FTE

This is an onsite Occupational Health Advisor role within a well-established multidisciplinary team, offering structured support, manageable caseloads and a strong clinical framework.
Occupational Health Advisor Role Overview
The successful Occupational Health Advisor will provide a proactive occupational health service focused on supporting attendance, early intervention and workplace wellbeing.
You will typically manage 5-6 case management referrals per day while working alongside other Occupational Health Advisors, Technicians and an Occupational Health Manager.

- Return to work assessments
- Fitness for work advice and reports
- Health surveillance (where required)
- Providing guidance to managers and HR
- Supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Maintaining accurate confidential clinical records
- Delivering evidence-based occupational health recommendations
- This Occupational Health Advisor role is primarily case management focused with additional clinical variety.
Occupational Health Advisor Requirements
To apply for this Occupational Health Advisor job you must have:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Strong case management experience
- Ability to manage your own clinical workload
- Professional communication and report writing skills
- Confidence working onsite with stakeholders
