OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a multi-site in-house Occupational Health & Wellbeing team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver a proactive Occupational Health and wellbeing service across several busy manufacturing sites while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This hybrid position offers 2 days working from home and 1 day per week based at the Ashby-de-la-Zouch site, with occasional travel to nearby sites in Leominster and Uttoxeter as required. The role offers a varied caseload, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellbeing.

Duties
- Deliver a full Occupational Health remit including case management, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide professional Occupational Health advice and practical solutions to managers and HR teams.
- Analyse health data to identify trends and support targeted wellbeing campaigns and interventions.
- Support Employee Relations activities and organisational change programmes through effective Occupational Health consultation.
- Collaborate with HR and Health & Safety teams to review and enhance Occupational Health policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Occupational Health and wellbeing services across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Travel between sites in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter as required, with mileage expenses reimbursed.
Criteria
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC Part 3 registration in Occupational Health.
- Previous experience delivering Occupational Health services within a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing sector experience would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Excellent clinical judgement and report-writing abilities.
- Organised, proactive and passionate about promoting employee wellbeing.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
