Your day-to-day:

• Assess employees' fitness for work & provide expert OH advice
• Manage sickness absence referrals and complex health cases
• Deliver health screening, surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
• Support OH policy development and continuous improvement
• Deputise for the Senior OH Advisor when required

What we need from you:

• RN with OH qualification (or willingness to study)
• Experience in occupational health & case management
• Strong communication & report writing skills
• Knowledge of Equality Act 2010 & workplace health legislation
• Collaborative, flexible, and proactive
