We’re looking for a confident, organised and people -focused Nursery Recruitment Consultant <\/b>to help us grow our Yorkshire desk. This is a varied role combining business development<\/b>, candidate recruitment<\/b>, and day -to -day client support<\/b>.

You will:

Build warm and trusting relationships with nursery managers
<\/p><\/li>Confident communicator with a clear, friendly telephone manner
<\/p><\/li>Recruitment experience (any sector)
<\/p><\/li>Competitive salary + achievable bonuses

Make proactive calls to nurseries to offer staff and understand their needs
<\/p><\/li>
Develop new client accounts and book face -to -face visits
<\/p><\/li>
Manage incoming booking requests and fill shifts quickly and accurately
<\/p><\/li>
Advertise roles, screen applicants and conduct interviews
<\/p><\/li>
Complete DBS, reference and compliance checks
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate records across our internal systems
<\/p><\/li>
Support permanent recruitment by taking vacancy briefs and submitting suitable candidates
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
This is a phone -based, people -centred role with lots of variety, pace, and problem -solving. You’ll be speaking to nurseries and candidates throughout the day, helping both sides find the right fit.
