What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients within the acute care setting, creating tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions to facilitate recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring high standards of documentation.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Possess recent specialised physiotherapy experience within the UK.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist.
• NHS experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
