NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Ashford, Norwich or Ipswich based (Hybrid)

We're hiring experienced Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisors with at least 6 months post-Pathways training. If you're based in or around Ashford, Norwich or Ipswich and are available for 16-37.5 hours per week, we'd love to hear from you.

We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Working Hours
All Health Advisors must be able to work at least 50% of weekends.
Full-Time Options
You'll work a mix of early and late shifts, starting from 7am or 8am and finishing as late as 10pm.
If preferred, you can choose to work only late shifts or night shifts (typically 10pm to 6am).
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, but you can opt to work more if you'd like.
Part-Time Options
Part-time roles mainly focus on evening and weekend shifts.
Early shifts can start from 6am, while late shifts typically run until 10pm.
Weekend-only roles are also available, and extra hours may be offered during busy periods.
Please note, part-time overnight shifts are not currently available.

Applicants must be available to start training in June or July. This will include 4 days of training Monday to Friday 9-5pm followed by coaching sign offs the following week.
You must be able to attend every day of your course.
