If you are a Neurological Physiotherapist with a knack for transforming lives, an exciting opportunity awaits you in Birmingham, West Midlands. In this 7-month full-time role starting ASAP until 31/03/2027, you will earn up to £35 per hour working from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. What you will do:
- Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programmes for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Deliver specialised rehabilitation interventions and provide tailored support to help patients achieve their functional goals.
- Manage a diverse caseload, engaging with both inpatient and outpatient scenarios to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans to maximise independence and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to successful discharge planning and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered with significant experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- Proven ability to treat patients with Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and spinal injuries.
- Competence in managing complex cases within inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with complex neurological presentations within a specialist rehabilitation setting.
