We are partnering with a growing branded consumer healthcare business that is recruiting for a National Account Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely influential role, with ownership of national strategy and the freedom to shape brand performance across major UK retail and grocery customers. The environment is fast-moving, commercial and collaborative, with close access to senior leadership and a strong focus on doing things properly rather than being overly corporate.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a national basis - with some expectation to be in the Leicestershire office

Ideal Requirements
Previous experience operating as a National Account Manager within healthcare or FMCG environments
A proven track record of success in retail / grocery
Ability to hit the ground running with proven experience handling buyer objections
Brings strong energy, enthusiasm and a clear commercial focus

Role Responsibilities
Shape and deliver the national plan to grow the branded portfolio, balancing sales growth with strong margin and promotional effectiveness.
Act as the senior commercial contact for major mass-market retailers, negotiating listings, pricing and promotions to drive long-term brand success.
Use market trends, customer insight and performance data to spot opportunities, unlock new business and continuously refine the approach.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to bring plans to life, ensuring launches, promotions and customer activity land effectively in market.
