7a-3p Schedule

  • Includes every other weekend

3p-11p Schedule

  • +$2/hr shift diff
  • Full-time positions
  • Part-time positions
  • Per Diem with Experience

11p-7a Schedule

  • +$3/hr shift diff
  • Full-time positions
  • Part-time positions
  • Per Diem with Experience

Per Diem

  • Flexibility to pick up shifts
  • +$6/hr Weekend shift differential

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and caring LNAs to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients/residents. We value team members who are reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual!

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
  • Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
  • Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active NH LNA license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train
