What You'll Do
- Conduct occupational health assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees
- Manage health cases including fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning
- Deliver consultations with clarity and empathy for both employees and managers
- Produce professional reports with actionable medical recommendations
- Liaise with HR, employers, and healthcare colleagues to promote employee wellbeing and organisational health goals
- Qualified OH Physician (DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM) with at least 3 years' clinical experience in occupational health
- Experience with safety-critical referrals; rail and pensions experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practice including case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisation and time management
- Familiarity with relevant legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act)
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Hybrid model - minimum 2 days on-site per week at one of our locations: Bristol, London, Birmingham, York, Glasgow
