What You Will Do

• Conduct assessments of disabled residents and their carers to identify housing adaptation needs.
• Design personalised adaptation schemes tailored to each client’s functional requirements.
• Prioritise cases to ensure value for money and timely completion.
• Manage a complex caseload independently with accuracy and professionalism.
• Work both from home and travel across Harrow to carry out thorough assessments.
• Liaise effectively with housing officers, surveyors, contractors, and Adult Social Care teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Full UK driving licence for travel across Harrow.
• Experience in housing adaptations, reablement, or community occupational therapy preferred.
