Occupational Health Advisor - Home-based with Occasional Onsite Clinics in Central Birmingham
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Full or Part Time (min 3 days)

The Role
You'll be home-based, carrying out a mix of remote case management alongside occasional onsite clinics in Central Birmingham.
Your work will include:
- Case management
- Health surveillance
- Pre-placement and fitness-for-work assessments
- Workplace assessments and reporting on health risks
- Supporting employees with physical and mental health concerns
What We're Looking for in an Occupational Health Advisor:
- RGN with current NMC registration
- Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management experience
- Skills in HAVS, Audio or Spirometry are desirable but not essential
- Ability to travel to client sites weekly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT Literacy
- Ability to travel to the client site as required weekly.
