Histology Biomedical Scientist

Mediplacements are looking for a skilled and experienced band 6 Histology Biomedical Scientist to fill an ongoing locum role in our client's laboratory based in Carmarthenshire.

This position is due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of up to £28 per hour.

Job Description:

• The successful candidate must be able to cut 40 blocks per hour.
• The successful candidate must have experience with histology techniques such as embedding, sectioning, staining, and reporting of histology specimens.
• They must also be familiar with the use of a range of laboratory equipment and be able to troubleshoot and maintain them as required.
