Care Assistant (Days)Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire£13.49 per hourFull-time - 36 hours per weekResidential & Nursing Home (Dementia, MH, Physical Disability)Sponsorship not availableAbout the RoleWe're looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a caring team supporting residents with dementia, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
Your role will include assisting with personal care, daily routines, safe mobility, medication support, and documenting care in line with procedures.What You'll Be DoingProvide person-centred care with dignity and respect.Support residents with hygiene, meals, and activities.Build meaningful relationships to make them feel at home.Document care and work closely with the care team.Follow all policies including safeguarding and infection control.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in elderly, dementia, or mental health care preferred but not essential.Calm, kind, and respectful approach with excellent teamwork skills.Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.Good English and numeracy.Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).Why Join Us?Competitive £13.49/hr rate - with enhanced overtime pay.Structured core hours with flexibility.Strong training programme - supportive to learners and newcomers.Friendly, inclusive culture with opportunities for internal terested?
