What you will do:

  • Welcome participants and provide a professional, friendly, and supportive experience throughout their clinic visit.

  • Explain clinic procedures and assist with informed consent processes in accordance with organisational policies.

  • Carry out clinical observations including blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and other health measurements.

  • Safely perform venepuncture procedures and collect blood samples in line with clinical guidelines and competency requirements.

  • Label, process, and prepare biological samples for laboratory transport and testing.

  • Record participant information and clinical data accurately using electronic systems.

  • Ensure clinical equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated in accordance with local procedures.
