experience working in care, preferably with dementia, mental health, eating disorders, or physical disabilitiesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to careAbility to manage challenging behaviours effectively and sensitivelyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsRight to work in the UKValid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtainWhy Work With Us?
