The Role

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you'll be a key part of the EHS team, working closely with site management to ensure a safe working environment across a range of construction projects.

You'll take a hands-on approach, providing practical guidance, conducting inspections, and supporting teams to continuously improve safety standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with company H&S policies, procedures, and regulations
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits
• Provide competent advice and support to site teams and management
• Investigate issues and support resolution of H&S concerns
• Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders
• Report on site performance and key safety updates
• Build strong working relationships across all levels of the business

Requirements

• Proven experience within the
  
  construction industry (essential)
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience supporting audits (desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
