Health Clinics Account Support Administrator
Hybrid - Bupa Place
Secondment - 12 months
Salary - competitive + excellent benefits
37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
To create, administer and maintain all Bupa Health Clinics account records across multiple Health Clinics systems.
You'll help us make health happen by:
• Creating, administering and maintaining all account records across multiple systems.
• Updating relevant systems, ensuring all areas of the business are able to view current information.
• Completing and assisting colleagues across departments in the resolution of all account queries.
• Liaising with internal departments of Bupa and external providers.
• Developing and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of appropriate Bupa products, policies and processes in order to ensure that all queries are answered accurately.
• Actively participating of the team by sharing skills and knowledge with other team members and to develop team and individual performance by acting as mentor in area of expertise.
• Liaising with Sales and to maximise opportunities for B2B Client acquisition and retention.
• Raising and support IT with system development requests.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
• Previous admin experience
• People management - desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and highly motivated
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks of internal and external contacts
• Able to make important decisions within agreed parameters and day to day decisions without referral
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
