Description
Priory Hospital Roehampton is looking to recruit a Dietician to join the team. This is a full time/37.5 Hour role.

What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
  • Deliver specialist nutritional assessment and evidence-based dietetic interventions for patients with complex mental health conditions, including eating disorders and co-morbidities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualised meal plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to support physical health restoration and psychological recovery.
  • Provide nutritional education, meal support, and therapeutic input as part of structured treatment programmes.
  • Monitor biochemical markers, weight trends, and physical health parameters to ensure safe and effective nutritional rehabilitation.
  • Contribute to care planning, clinical documentation, audit, and service development while maintaining professional standards in line with HCPC and BDA guidelines.

What you'll bring to the role

Candidates should hold a recognised degree in Dietetics and be registered with the HCPC, with demonstrable post-qualification experience in clinical dietetics, ideally within mental health or eating disorder services. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering nutritional rehabilitation programmes, and supporting patients with complex psychological and physical health needs is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, clinical risk awareness, and the ability to manage a varied caseload within an inpatient setting at Priory Hospital Roehampton.
