Salary: £30 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Part-time - 3-4 days per week

We're working with a friendly, medium-sized GP practice looking for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse & Nurse Manager to join their established team. This could be a practice nurse, Nurse practitioner, or ACP.

This is an interesting dual-role opportunity, combining clinical diabetes expertise with nursing leadership and management. You'll play a key role in supporting the nursing team while continuing to deliver high-quality care to patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions.

What We're Looking For

• Diabetes diploma qualification - essential
• Insulin management qualification - essential
• Previous nursing management experience or equivalent - essential
• Strong clinical experience in diabetes management
• Experience with other chronic diseases - desirable
• EMIS Web experience - desirable
• Can be a Practice nurse or ANP or ACP
• Confident working autonomously while supporting and leading a nursing team
