- Registration with appropriate professional organisation
- Relevant clinical qualification either RGN or degree or diploma in therapy specialism

- Demonstrable evidence of working in a senior clinical role at 6/7 i.e. Therapy or Nursing
- Knowledge & Understanding of provider organisations and NHS organisations
