Location: Central London

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: Up to £37k a year

A well-established and friendly dental practice is seeking a Dental Practice Manager / Receptionist to join their team. This is a key front-of-house and operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining patient interaction with practice management responsibilities.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while also providing a welcoming and professional reception service. This is a varied role requiring strong organisation, leadership, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the daily operations of the dental practice
* Leading and supporting the reception and clinical team
* Front-of-house reception duties, including patient check-in and enquiries
* Appointment scheduling and diary management
* Handling patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Ensuring compliance with CQC, GDC, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
* Managing rotas, recruitment support, and staff administration
* Overseeing stock control and supplier ordering
* Financial duties including invoicing, billing, and basic accounts
* Maintaining policies, procedures, and practice documentation

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of treatment plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask
* Confident using dental practice management software
* Professional, approachable, and patient-focused
