About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dental Practice Manager to support the smooth running and growth of our practice in Bolton. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys combining compliance, leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day practice operations

• Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining high regulatory standards

• Supporting and leading the practice team

• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase practice revenue

• Improving patient experience and operational efficiency

• Implementing systems, processes, and best practice standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager

• CQC trained/qualified with strong compliance knowledge

• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive practice growth

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
