Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice

• Lead, support, and motivate the reception and clinical teams

• Ensure excellent patient experience and smooth patient journeys

• Manage rotas, staff performance, and training requirements

• Oversee compliance with CQC, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations

• Monitor KPIs, practice performance, and patient feedback

• Manage stock control, suppliers, and general practice administration

• Use Dentally software to support efficient workflows and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Confident using dental software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Sound knowledge of CQC, compliance, and dental regulations
