What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality DBT-informed therapy in individual and group settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulations, and treatment planning.
- Facilitate DBT skills groups, including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions to support recovery goals.
- Assess and manage clinical risk, including self-harm, suicide risk, and safeguarding concerns.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures in line with professional standards.
- Contribute to service development and the continuous improvement of DBT programmes.
- Provide psychoeducation and support to patients, families, and carers where appropriate.
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.

- Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP
