The Role
An experienced, detail-oriented Compliance Officer is required to oversee and maintain regulatory compliance for Domiciliary services based in Heanor and Mansfield. This is a pivotal position focused on ensuring all services meet relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards, including CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continued compliance with CQC regulations, relevant legislation, and internal policies
- Carry out audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across services
- Support Service Managers in implementing action plans and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare services for inspections and liaise with external regulators
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventative measures
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and industry best practice
About You
- Experience in a compliance, quality, or regulatory role, ideally within the care sector
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to support and influence teams
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
