The Role

An experienced, detail-oriented Compliance Officer is required to oversee and maintain regulatory compliance for Domiciliary services based in Heanor and Mansfield. This is a pivotal position focused on ensuring all services meet relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards, including CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure continued compliance with CQC regulations, relevant legislation, and internal policies
  • Carry out audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across services
  • Support Service Managers in implementing action plans and driving quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation
  • Prepare services for inspections and liaise with external regulators
  • Identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventative measures
  • Stay informed of regulatory updates and industry best practice

About You

  • Experience in a compliance, quality, or regulatory role, ideally within the care sector
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and influence teams
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
