Qualifications/Education

Essential criteria
  • Equivalent experience Willingness to undertake further Trust training.
Desirable criteria
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in Business Administration
Experience & Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
  • Good written and oral communication skills to enable engagement with a range of service users and partners.
  • Experience of working with families, children and babies
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience of Child Health systems
  • Data input experience
  • Previous administrative work within the NHS
Skills & Abilities

Essential criteria
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and to manage competing demands.
Desirable criteria
  • Competent and appropriate use of electronic patient records.
Other

Essential criteria
  • Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
