What you will do:

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer therapy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with oncology and multidisciplinary teams to verify chemotherapy prescriptions, optimise treatment protocols, and support positive patient outcomes.

• Participate in on-call duties, ensuring continuous pharmaceutical oversight and patient safety when required.

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver guidance and education to healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding the safe management of cancer therapies and associated medications.

Requirements:

• SACT trained with experience in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy services.

• BOPA verification passport preferred, though not essential.

• HCPC registration required.

• Driving licence advantageous, offering greater flexibility for service delivery.
