What you will do:

Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer therapy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with oncology and multidisciplinary teams to verify chemotherapy prescriptions, optimise treatment protocols, and support positive patient outcomes.

Participate in on-call duties, ensuring continuous pharmaceutical oversight and patient safety when required.

Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Deliver guidance and education to healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding the safe management of cancer therapies and associated medications.
Requirements:

SACT trained with experience in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy services.

BOPA verification passport preferred, though not essential.

HCPC registration required.

Driving licence advantageous, offering greater flexibility for service delivery.
