What you will do:

• Provide clinical ward cover within the oncology department.
• Screen chemotherapy and immunotherapy prescriptions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Perform final accuracy checking and release of intravenous and oral chemotherapy medications.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists and healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Support any off-site duties where required.

Requirements:

• Registration with the relevant professional body as a Pharmacist.
• Previous oncology pharmacy experience, including chemotherapy screening and checking.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
