Clinical Pharmacist - GP Practice - Leamington Spa

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Part-Time (22.5 hours) minimum, flexibility offered

Location: Leamington Spa (approximate) - ONSITE

We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, single-site GP practice near Leamington Spa, seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their small, but expanding team.

This position offers the chance to make a real difference to patient care while working alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, and fellow pharmacists. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured medication reviews
• Provide expert medicines advice and support to the clinical team.
• Handle repeat prescriptions, medication queries, and reconciliation after hospital discharge.
• Lead on medicines optimisation, prescribing safety, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

You must have Primary Care experience to be considered for this role. You'll hold a MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration, ideally holding CPPE qualification and an Independent Prescriber (V300).

This is an in-person, practice-based position. The practice has on-site parking.
