Clinical Pharmacist - GP Practice - Cambridge

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time | Hybrid Working Available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established and highly regarded GP practice in Cambridge.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive multidisciplinary team within a practice known for its strong community reputation and positive CQC rating. You'll also be joining a specialist pharmacy team within the PCN, offering additional clinical support, collaboration, and opportunities to further develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be confident in:

• Independent prescribing
• Medicines management
• Conducting structured medication reviews
• Authorising repeat prescriptions
