I'm working with a lovely surgery in the Birmingham that has an exciting long-term position available for up to two days per week.

*CPPE accreditation and experience working in GP surgery is an essential requirement*

The role will involve completing structured medication reviews and medication optimisation, whilst working a part of a multi-disciplinary team across the local PCN.
