Clinical / Counselling Psychologist (HCPC Registered)
Location: Central London - Onsite at a large corporate client
Salary: £70,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Days: Wednesday & Thursday (16 hours per week)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Caseload: Up to 5 patients per day

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions with measurable clinical outcomes.
- Conducting thorough assessments to determine appropriate care pathways.
- Providing one-off assessments and referral recommendations.
- Working autonomously within Bupa's clinical governance framework.
- HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.
- Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist status.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (BPS accredited).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical/counselling psychology, including assessment, formulation, and treatment.
- General adult mental health specialism experience.
- Experience in private or corporate mental health services (essential).
- Strong understanding of corporate environments and business culture.
- Proven post-qualification clinical experience across diverse settings.
- Up-to-date Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
