Clinical Manager – Urgent Care Clinic, West London

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum
Hours: 38 hours per week, rostered between 9:30am and 10:30pm

Inspire Medical are recruiting a Clinical Manager for a brand-new, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic opening in West London in December.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, manage staff rosters and coordinate clinical and administrative teams to support an efficient service and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff rosters, ensuring appropriate cover.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and respond to operational issues.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative colleagues to support smooth patient flow.
• Act as a key point of contact for staff and operational queries.
