Schedule: 5 days per week, with alternate weekends including Saturday or Sunday
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy 4D ultrasound clinic. This role ensures smooth coordination between sonographers and reception staff, maintains high standards of service delivery, and supports the clinic's ongoing growth. The Clinic Manager will also provide hands-on support on reception when needed and report directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage and supervise sonographers and reception staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address operational and personnel matters.
- Provide training, support, and professional development, including induction for new hires.
- Assist reception staff during busy periods or staff shortages to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Management
- Maintain a clean, well-equipped, and compliant clinic environment.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory standards, including CQC requirements.
- Assist with the implementation of new services or operational systems.
- Develop and enforce operational policies in collaboration with the Director.
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and complaints.
- Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, escalating serious issues to the Director with detailed reports.
Staff Recruitment & Discipline
- Lead recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary procedures, involving the Director as needed.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate on identifying new products or services to enhance clinic offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase visibility and attract new customers through social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally in healthcare or a clinical environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and CQC compliance is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to handle challenging situations.
