We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for our Dialysis Clinic in Boston, UK, earning an annual salary of £44,000.00 to £49,000.00, depending on experience. What you will do:

• Lead the overall management and operations of the clinic, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide an inviting experience for clients, overseeing a seamless patient journey from start to finish.
• Collaborate with external organisations such as NHS Trusts and the CQC, supported by the Regional Manager.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinic by implementing new processes and best practices.
• Onboard new teammates effectively and foster a positive, value-driven culture.
• Address patient concerns by developing positive relationships and managing any complaints.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory systems including KLoE.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee timely report submissions.

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:

• Be a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission or have the willingness to become one.
• Hold full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications.
• Possess clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
• Exhibit engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect with a diverse team and patient base.
