Provide compassionate, safe patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Birmingham, AL, supporting nurses with daily activities, monitoring patient condition, and maintaining comfort and documentation. Key Performance Indicators: • Deliver safe, timely patient care consistently • Assist nurses with ADLs and mobility • Maintain accurate vitals and documentation • Support infection control and patient safety • Achieve positive patient and team feedback Qualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification • Minimum 3+ years CNA experience • High school diploma or equivalent • BLS/CPR certification (preferred) • Ability to work in Birmingham, AL
