Description
Priory Hospital Chelmsford is seeking a CBT/Integrative Therapist to join our team, working with adult day patients by delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. This is a part time role of 24 hours per week which includes working Saturday mornings (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) as part of the schedule.
Salary is £31,930 - £39,140 FTE and £20,435 - £25,050 per year for 24 Hours.

We support individuals experiencing mental health crises related to psychosis, mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Our multidisciplinary team-comprising experienced consultant psychiatrists, specialty doctors, mental health nurses, and therapists-delivers person-centred care in partnership with patients to maximize their recovery journey.

As Therapistyou will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients

We are currently seeking a qualified CBT or Integrative Therapist to join our dedicated and supportive team. You will be part of a collaborative and experienced group committed to providing high-quality care within a therapeutic setting. This rewarding role involves working with adult day patients, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in mental health and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you. Candidates should hold a recognized qualification in CBT theory and practice, along with BABCP or BACP membership and accreditation. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in acute mental health services is desirable.

- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and integrative therapeutic approaches tailored to patient needs.
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support patients with a range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Monitor patient progress using outcome measures and adjust interventions to maximize recovery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development and training.
